ABOUT ME
I am a business leader, leadership coach, and lifelong student of excellence. After a brief legal career, I spent 32 years as CEO of Absher Construction Company, a family business where I led transformative growth through strategic leadership and team development. Under my guidance, the company became recognized as an industry leader known for innovation and excellence.
My fascination with the Beatles began at age five when I witnessed their American debut on the Ed Sullivan Show. Over decades, I developed a deep understanding of their journey, collecting insights that parallel the principles of excellence I observed in business and sports. My Beatles-inspired leadership workshops have been delivered to YPO and EO chapters, college classes, corporate retreats, and community groups.

Along the way, I used AI tools to help bring decades of thoughts, journals, and research into focus. But the heart of it all is still mine — my story, my voice, and my passion.
